YGLP or Young Global Leadership Program is an international leadership program for young people aged 13 to 25 years. Developed under the Leadership project at Human Science Lab, the program is based on the Four Step Leadership Theory.
The purpose behind creation of YGLP was to come up with a path-breaking leadership model that can be used across the globe to transform young people into exemplary leaders in their chosen field.
YGLP is administered as YGLP ASIA in the Asian region by the Asia Council. For details visit www.yglpasia.org
